Cancellation & Refund.

1. How to cancel

To cancel, send us a message on WhatsApp at +92 300 528 7191 or email info@theumrahguide.pk, with the names on the booking. Your cancellation date is the day we receive this message.

2. Cancellation charges

Each package uses money we pay in advance to airlines, hotels and the visa system, some of which we cannot get back. These charges apply per person:

On top of these charges, anything that cannot be recovered from suppliers (such as non-refundable airline tickets, visa fees and non-refundable hotel nights) is deducted.

3. Visa refusal

If the Saudi authorities refuse your visa, we refund what we can recover from the airline and hotels, minus the visa fee and any non-refundable costs already paid.

4. If we cancel or change your trip

• If we cancel the trip for a reason within our control, you get a full refund of what you paid, or you may move to another trip.
• If the trip is cancelled because of events beyond our control (such as government restrictions, Haram closures or flight bans), we refund everything we can recover from suppliers, or offer the same value on a future trip.
• If we make a major change before departure (such as a change of travel dates or a lower hotel category), you may choose to accept it or cancel with a full refund of what we can recover.

5. Name changes

You may transfer your seat to another person before the visa is applied for, if the airline allows it. Any airline or visa charges for the change are paid by you, plus an admin fee of [amount].

6. Unused services

No refund is given for services not used during the trip (for example missed meals, ziyarat or hotel nights), unless we can recover the cost from the supplier.

7. How refunds are paid

Refunds are paid by [bank transfer] to the person who made the payment, within [number] working days of us receiving the money back from suppliers.
