1. Who we are

The Umrah Guide ("we", "us") is a licensed travel agency registered with the Department of Tourist Services (DTS), Government of the Punjab, License No. LHR-12784. Our office is at UG-49, Big City Plaza, Liberty Round About, Gulberg 3, Lahore. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit theumrahguide.pk, contact us or travel with us, and how we use and protect it.

2. What we collect

We only collect what we need to arrange your Umrah or Hajj and to look after you on the journey:

• Contact details: name, phone and WhatsApp number, email, city and country.
• Travel documents: passport details and copies, CNIC, photographs, and any documents the Saudi authorities require for your visa.
• Booking details: room type, the people travelling with you, flight details, and payment records.
• Health and care needs you choose to tell us about, such as mobility needs, medicines or dietary needs, so we can plan for you.
• Messages you send us by WhatsApp, phone, email or the forms on this website.
• Website data: basic technical information such as your browser and pages visited. Say here if you use Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel or similar tools.

3. How we use it

• To answer your questions and send you prices and package details.
• To process your booking, Umrah or Hajj visa, insurance, flights, hotels and transport.
• To run the trip: group WhatsApp, rooming lists, transfers and emergencies.
• To meet our legal duties as a licensed travel agency, including record keeping and requests from the authorities.
• With your permission, to tell you about future trips. You can say stop at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the people who need it to deliver your trip:

• The Saudi authorities and visa systems (such as Nusuk) and their approved service providers.
• Airlines, hotels, ground transport companies and insurance providers.
• Government bodies in Pakistan or Saudi Arabia when the law requires it.
• Trusted service providers who help us run our business, such as messaging and cloud storage, under a duty of confidentiality.

5. Photos and videos on our trips

Our team takes photos and videos during the trip, and we share some of them on our website and social media (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook). We ask before featuring anyone in a review video. If you do not want to appear, tell us before the trip or at any time, and we will avoid filming you and remove any post that shows you, as far as we reasonably can.

6. How long we keep it

We keep booking and travel records for [number] years after your trip, as needed for legal and accounting purposes, and then delete them. Passport copies are deleted [timeframe, e.g. 6 months] after you return, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

7. How we protect it

Documents are stored with restricted access, and only team members who need them can see them. No system is perfectly secure, so please share documents only through the channels we give you.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• see the personal information we hold about you,
• correct anything that is wrong,
• delete it, where we are not required by law to keep it,
• stop sending you messages about future trips.
